Sometimes I look around and I think ... man, I've got a lot of kids!
Depending on the day depends on where the inflection in that sentence lies. Mostly I like all the souls that flitter around me. Like I just like the activity. Sometimes the activity is overwhelming. But I always love these three souls. They are awesome. I do just have a soft spot for children but I happen to think that these three in particular are pretty fabulous.
The three year old. Today they were watching The little engine that could. There is one intense scene. He started bawling. Mommy! It's scary, it's scary!
So we had to work through that. And it was pretty funny, all of us yelling at the screen ... take that mean train! We hope you get eaten by 100 giant squids!
And he was okay. Cross your fingers no nightmares.
Sweetie baby girl. Well. She has been sick. And so Friday at 6pm (always) I kind of figured it was probably an ear infection. I medicated and waited it out. I thought till Tuesday. But as of this morning she was pretty off the rails. So to the doctor we did go. And yup. Double ear infection.
She's pretty sad. But better now that I'm timing her motrin so it doesn't wear off.
They are fun.
