Today she is six months old.  Her path to toddler hood will be fast and furious now.  I will blink and I'll be planning her first birthday.

We have done some solids.  Rice cereal, sweet potatoes, apple sauce.  She likes none of it.  So I'll keep slowly trying.  She's interested in what I eat, but when it actually gets in her mouth she acts like I'm poisoning her.  So.  Slow and steady, right?

She was sleeping great, but then she was started rolling all over the place and it's made her fretful and she's been getting up.  I've let her cry a bit but I'm not a fan of that practice o're much.  Sometimes she goes back to sleep.  Some times she's just hungry.  She's a wee babe.  Just trying to grow.

And you'd be amazed how much a person can do with no sleep.

She sits up some unaided but not for long.  She can sit aided for quite a while.  Maybe ten minutes before she gets cranky.  She rolls back to front easy peasy but now acts like going front to back is impossible.  I do not understand this, she was rolling that way pretty easily at 3mo.  Maybe the added weight?  No clue.  There it is.

She rolls all over.  Fidgets all over.  Squawks to high heaven.  High pitched sounds.  Grunts.  She is a smiley delightful child.  She loves her brothers and delights when they pay attention to her.  Loves them.
