I moved her to her crib last weekend.  A few times in weeks before she'd napped in her crib.  But mostly she'd been in bed with me or in her bassinet.  Which never worked well.  It's just not comfortable or that sturdy.
She definitely has preferences.  She prefers one arm out of her swaddle, but she does like being swaddled.  For her first "nap" as I call them, she likes her one arm out to be on top, with the swaddled arm being underneath her on the mattress.  After this for her second and third "nap" she likes the unswaddled arm to be underneath her.  From this position last night she even slept a bit on her back.

The pillow being there seems to help her.  It doesn't keep her in position but something about it's presence is comforting.  Maybe the bed doesn't feel so lonely.

Her first few nights in the crib she was up every hour.  It was painful.  Then she slept three hours her first stretch, then was up every hour the next few days.  Then the last couple nights she did three hours between each feeding.  So slowly ... she is improving.

She's been having almost all her naps in the swing lately.  I just can't break away from both kids to get her to her room.  It's too long to leave them alone.  They'd likely fight themselves into tantrums.  But there are worse things than naps in a swing.

She's really reaching and grabbing for things.  Mostly fabrics.  Which is interesting to me because both boys preferred hard toys like the rattle ball or teething rings.  She likes the soft fabrics and the tag blanket.
Neither boy ever took to tag blankets.  It is cute watching her attempt to do new things.

A picture of bath time around here.  I do bathe her everyday because she loves it so much.  But she's in the infant bath tub that the hospital gave us (life saver) on the floor next to the tub while the boys bathe.  It's been a pretty good system.

Bedtime has shortened for the boys.  I read one or two books and sometimes it's just one and it's super fast.  Then push them into bed and rush her into her room.  It's only been 7-10 days of this, but so far so good.
See, grabbing fabrics and putting in her mouth.  I am scared she is another early teether.  But I thought that with D too and he didn't cut teeth until 8mo.

She is not great about using her arms for tummy time.  All her head control and push ups is from her neck muscles and abs.  She really needs to start using her arms.  But no matter how much I position her she still puts the behind her and does a bunch of head lifts in fish position, or superman with arms behind her? I can't remember the name of that exorcize.  A good ab workout, but isn't going to have her holding herself up anytime soon.

She is a happy sweet thing. It is easy to parent her because she is fairly easy.  She does get fussy but after a bit she generally gives up.  I think as she grows up this will be less because she'll demand that I fix it rather than just give up.  But who knows.

She holds her fists like this all the time, but I never catch it on camera.  So this morning I forced it.
