Do we think I will ever look at a falcon the same way again? I see them and I smile thinking that if G were here he'd go into his scpheel about how peregrine falcon's are the fastest animals in the world. And they are. Did you know that? They can dive faster than a cheetah can run. Gravity and all that I'd bet but still. My 4yo is full of such facts.
His favorite animal is the killer whale. One of the reasons he likes it (I think) is because he can say kill at while as long as whale is behind it. Kill is one of our "not nice words" along with "hate" and pretty much any other mean thing. And it's not good for nice boys to say such words. Or mommies. Who get corrected too.
He points out every trash truck that we ever see. He has eagle eyes. I wish I had the eye sight of a 4yo. They see everything.
The zebra - one of his puppets from bedtime - does this dot dot thing and it's hilarious. And, also at bedtime, there is an ongoing story about two brothers and their pet tiger, rajah, dog, marlin, and zebra, milo. I only named the tiger. G named the other two.
They go on amazing adventures and fly airplanes and win races and go fishing and fight dragons.
He wants to have a police officer birthday party. Police officers are his very favorite thing. Paw Patrol has been discovered and I can't UNdiscover it. He loves it. I do not. Bring back the Wild Kratts obsession.
He's sitting in the far back of the car. He says he likes it. I hope he does for a while yet. He may be there for a quite some time. It's crazy how things change.
