33 Weeks

| From Baby#3 |
She is very active. I can't tell if she's in the right position or not but hiccups feel low and I've been told that's a good sign. Tomorrow is my next appointment. Then we go every two weeks. And then people will ask me in earnest when the baby will be here. And I will make the usual comments about their own time.

D has very little interest in being in these pictures. G would rush up and bound into the frame when I was taking pictures of D's pregnancy. But D just kind of looks up and says, "oh is she taking pictures again?" and scuttles off to hide or play. These pictures of faces looking up were pretty hard to get.

The haircut does kill me. It's growing on me but I still think he should have longer hair. His dad loves it. He says that after boys get their first clipper cut they don't go back. And then he talked about Peyton Manning and the commercial where he says "so you got a bad hair cut ... don't worry, it'll grow. And remember, simple part, high and tight. I've been rocking this since I was 5."
And I go back and look at G and he's right ... after we started buzzing his hair we never went back. And I've tried to grow out G's hair, to try and start taming the cow lick. But there's no use. His hair has grown in coarse and thick and just stands straight up no matter how long it gets. He once had baby fine blond curls. But they never came back. Just like his babyhood.

Some pictures are just silly.
D's hair will grow in thicker now and probably never be the same. And his baby fine hair, like the rest of his babyhood ... will just be gone. He's a boy now, old enough to do many things. By the time G was the same age he had a baby brother already. It's strange to consider.

Fun with photoshop. I see differences. Kind of crazy. But it may just be the way I'm standing in the given picture.
I'm not officially 33 weeks until Friday but I just wanted the pictures documented. Happy 33 weeks!
