Crawling

He's officially crawling.  Not in the traditional sense, but in the Chalupa sense.  He gets up on his knees, moves one forward, then puts his other foot flat on the ground, and sort of pivot / walk / crawls? Either way he gets across the room.

Not much motivates him to move.  Two things really; his mama and his brother.  Toys don't really interest him.  Unless his big brother is playing with it and then he'll try to move.  Kids are funny.

He's sleeping much, much better.  He still wakes up.  He needs fifteen minutes to cry whereas G really only ever needed ten.  He does not scream the whole time anymore.  He settles and resettles.  He lays down and sits up.  He tries to stand up.  He sits back down.  I'm sure it's exhausting learning a new motor skill every other day.

He's also showing signs of talking.  He mumbles and grumbles and says mamamamamamamamama and I'm pretty, pretty sure that means me.  I mean who else's name gets shrieked at high octaves like that?

So crawling at ten and a half months.  I sit here shaking my head.  At least I had ten months of peace not having to chase them in opposite directions.  But in reality I can't see them wanting to be apart much at this stage.  They are a set.  We're a set.  Limited edition even.
