Happy Easter

From Collages
It's all about the calendar people. And while I know that the true meaning of Easter is not represented here, these are still cute!

They do some song at preschool (I think "Here Comes Peter Cotton Tail") and G does it, or a version of it, at home all the time. He says "Here comes Bunny G! Hop! Hop! Hop!" and he hops all around the room. His brother, bless his heart, absolutely dies laughing. He just thinks it's the funniest thing. The other night he was in complete stitches watching his brother and Dad hope around the bedroom.

He's interactive in ways I don't remember G being. Probably because of G, and because our life is much more kid friendly than it was when G was a baby. I could still watch and do pretty much what I wanted when G was six months old. Chalupa roars at his brother and G roars back.  They are communicating. And G holds Chalupa's hand and Chalupa reaches for people faces and tries to chew on them. Truly, I think he's giving kisses, because he sees us do it.

He'll be 7 months old next week. That hardly seems possible. G will be three next month.  Three.  I have a child that's been on this earth for three years.  Cah-razy.
