1 Month

Weight: 10lbs 15oz
Height: uknown (but bigger!)

So these were taken a bit late because we were out of town, but better late than never. In a funny twist, I was late with G's one month picture too, because we were out of town! I haven't measured him. But we did take him in yesterday to have the doc listen to his lungs and just make sure everything was okay, and he weighs 10lbs 15oz. He's growing so fast and he just seems huge to me. He eats like a champ and either he's not got the same tummy issues (or I'm 100x smarter), but he's not spitting up as much as I remember G.

I keep looking at them to see what's similar. I sort of expected a carbon copy of G. I mean, he's a boy, his parents are the same ... right? I know. It doesn't even sound rational. Of course he looks different, he's a different person! But I still look for things. So far, I've noticed that they have the same chin (their father's). The same nose (their father's). Their hair is different (D's is lighter). Their eye's are different (I can not pin point this as to why).

In personality differences ... it's too soon to tell. But D is a professional baby and so pleasant. He does not like it when I eat dairy (I tried again last night - ice cream. I paid for it at 3AM). He rarely has fits that I can't calm down. If he does they last about 20minutes and then he gives up and sleeps. Usually. The crying fits pick up in earnest at six weeks so we'll see! I can't believe it's been a month (actually today it's been 5 weeks). At the end of pregnancy time just goes sooooo slooooooow. But then they are born and it just flies. Lewis says it's because you're awake the whole time. Happy one month!
