I have to make hostess gifts for a lovely baby shower that the book club girls are throwing for me. I have mixed feelings about, it being a second baby and a boy to boot. But they were adamant. And at some point I just sound ungrateful.
So these lovely ladies need lovely gifts. And at the craft store I decided I could make one for me too, and that maybe G could help paint it, and it could be my bag for the hospital.
Well he resisted at first, but then he really got into it. So I had to get some canvas out for him to paint.
The gifts for the hostesses, at least part of them.
And my bag. Mine was the first and didn't turn out as well. Because I perfected technique and what not. But that's as it should be.
