Gisele should stick to modeling

I get it that she has to stand by her man.  But she shouldn't have allowed herself to sound like such a sore loser.

There were four dropped/missed/botched passes in the Super Bowl on Sunday for the Patriots.  One of the larger ones, that would have been the most likely to lead to points, was a throw to Wes Welker (wreck 'em Tech!).  Wes Welker couldn't catch it.  If you watch the replay, the ball is on it's dissent while Wes Welker is still running forward.  Wes turns to make the play, the ball is already half down and he's not even turned to catch it.  Has no time to set his feet do anything, he tries to make the play but he's at an odd angle and he falls on his side.

This was a crap pass.  Brady was behind and didn't throw it infront of his reciever.  It's not a horrible play, and Wes still should have been able to do something with it.  But he didn't.

People are clamoring for a reason that Golden Boy didn't get his 4th ring.  Well, the reason is because they just didn't get it done.  It's not like they were winning big or really crushing the Giants up until the end.  They had one really good drive.  ONE.  When you only have one really good drive ... well the chances are you're going to lose.

And it's not the wide recievers.  On any given Sunday Wes Welker was the #1 reciever in the league.  He helped lead that team to the Super Bowl.  So I wish everyone would give him a break.  And there were three other WR's that dropped balls that game too.  So ... who's at fault?  All the wide recievers?  Or the guy throwing the ball?

Honestly he didn't seem all there.  And I love Tom Brady.  Not as much as I love Peyton, but I do think Tom Brady is a great QB.

And what's so wrong with the Giants getting the win?  Did they or did they not have as much a right to that win as the Patriots?  And they got it done.  Manning connected when it counted and got it done.  That's all there is.  There is no more.

So rather than cast blame on the wide recievers, Gisele needs to keep her yap shut because her words have more meaning than mine.  You would never hear Brady blame them (not publicly) so she should not have either.

It was a game that they lost.  It's sad.  I'm sad for them.  But they are the New England Patriots.  I imagine they'll get another crack at it.

They better just hope it's not against the Giants.
