The Problem with the Occupy Wall Street Generation. - he said enough. I don't need to say any more. But people that have time to just sit around crying about people aren't working very hard and aren't contributing at all, so they get little respect for me. Especially when what they are protesting is those that do work hard and do contribute. You can't have soup kitchens folks without people who have the money to provide the food for them. Especially in a world where churches have been sent to the side lines because churches and Christians used to be the ones that took care of others and performed charity (including medical care) but now ... well the progressives don't like God or organized Religion all the time, so we have to get our charity from the state. Which isn't charity at all, really, it's mind control.
But I digress.
Some of G's favorite days are the days I bring his table out to the middle of the living room and he can sit on his stool and play with his toys at the table. He is doing this now with his new farm set, which he really likes, Grandma E, so thank you.
With kids Christmas is like a contest - which toy is going to be the biggest hit? One never knows, because the guy has his own opinions (just ask him). But this year I think the farm and the huge CAT dump truck were the biggest toy hits. The biggest hit of the whole thing (toys and others) was probably the fold up wagon - which everyone should have. So much cooler than the metal ones or the plastic ones (which where does a person store such a thing!). It folds up to about the size of a jogging stroller. So easy! If I lived in a big city I would use this to cart groceries around. But for us it is our suburban transport vehicle for walks to the park or trips to the zoo. He will love that!
Now that he can say most of his farm animals (and Tiger - I learned last night) I need to take him back to the petting zoo. Last time he could only say sheep. Now he can say goat, horse, cow, fish, frog. Not chicken, when you say chicken he says "buck buck." Which is terribly adorable.
