Little Things
My new office has made laundry one hundred percent my domain. I used to despise laundry. It just piled higher and higher, and by Saturday it was a mountain in the bedroom that I had to tackle before Monday otherwise we'd be the stinky kids in the office and nobody wants that.
But there is new found joy in laundry.
But there is new found joy in laundry.
Little man's tiny things. Doll size shirts and shorts, with little stains and spots that wont come out ... tiny pieces of evidence of his babyhood.
All of this he will grow out of ... all too soon. His sleep sack is that faded thing hanging over the side. I niavely bought something gender neutral thinking if we were ever blessed with a second, the second might get some use out of it too.
No child but G will ever wear that. Some things you just buy more of.
I am a sentinmental soul, who folds my baby's laundry and smiles trying to take it all in. Eventually his laundry will smell and get gross and will freak. me. out. Then it will be time to make him wash his own things.
