Let's go Rangers, Let's Go!
I would technically be called a bandwagon fan, cheering for the Texas Rangers. We do watch them, but we are Astros fans and I'm a National League fan. I despise the designated hitter and think that pitchers should have to bat. I'm going to enjoy watching Halladay strike out Cliff Lee.
But I'm LOVING the Rangers this post season! They are manufacturing runs and playing small ball which I absolutely just love! There's a method to it, a technique. Not just hit home runs baseball. Smart baseball. Running baseball. Stealing bases baseball. I love it.
So let's come out for the home team, if they don't win it's a shame! For it's ONE! TWO! THREE STRIKES you're out of the old ball game!
Come on Rangers! Yankee's Suck! (And I spent some time in Boston, so I can say that with confidence and verve.)
Point of note: Lewis made the comment that he only lives in a city long enough for the baseball team to break the drought and win the World Series. :) He helped out Boston, so if Texas wins the whole enchilada (knock on wood), we'll have to move! Maybe we should head to Houston and help out those Astros!
