Keith Olbermann
On Monday, January 18th Keith Olbermann said some really disgusting things about Scott Brown. Last night, he sarcastically teased a segment by saying he was going to apologize. All he did was renew his terrible comments, and add that Scott Brown was sexist.
I saw this live, and he challenged his critics to disprove anything that he said.
Tell me, how does one prove they are not homophobic? I asked my husband this. If I call you homophobic, how do you prove that you are not? He just says he's not, and that's really the only thing you can. Same with the charge of racism. How do you disprove that?
To Olbermann's charge that Scott Brown was reacting to a disgusting person in his crowd that said something terrible about Martha Coakley ... Scott Brown is not responding because it's not dignified to do so. He may not have heard her. I know with 100% certainty he was not responding to that remark when he said, "we can do this."
Olbermann went on last night to say that critics of President Obama have said far worse about him. I am a big critic of President Obama, and I have never, not once, ever, even thought him racist, or sexist, or homophobic and I would never, not in a million years, say such terrible things on a national TV broadcast. He should be sued for slander.
Olbermann, Maddow and Matthews were the crew on MSNBC and last night they kept going on and on about, "did Coakley lose because Congress wasn't Liberal enough?"
No, you morons. If they weren't liberal enough they would have elected the liberal. The temperature of the country is that you don't just force things on the American people with little to no transparency and by ignoring the popular majority.
All three had very long faces, and the coorespondent on the ground at the victory speech had such a look of supreme disgust on her face it was ... well noticeable. I watch MSNBC just because I knew they'd have the greatest negative reaction. Fox News, when we were still waiting on districts to report, had this crazy lady on that kept going on and on about how this was all about Obama. Eh. Like I said yesterday, I don't really think so. I think generally, as a person, people still like him and would vote for him again. I think this vote yesterday was a vote against the health care bill and a vote against Martha Coakley. And a vote against politicians who think they can just skate over angry constituents and still keep their seats.
But this should not be seen as a victory for Republicans, per say. Scott Brown talked about independents, in his speech, and did not say the word Republican once. So take note: we don't like ya'll either. We want new people, who are willing to represent the ideas and views of the people. We do not want nanny state type parents who think they know better than us. So Reps clean your own house and get the bad apples out.
And Keith Olbermann is a mean spirited, hateful, spiteful human being. Whom I'm sure has a family that loves him, but he definitely has put his worst face out there.

Comments
The current media seems to think that people will accept what they say as true whether it is true or not. They want the people to accept the story as they see it so they can get the outcome they desire.
The lack of coverage of Obermann and his comments may have something to do with the size of his audience. Or it may have something to do with his level of influence.
I can't watch MSNBC. When I have watched it I have not found it to be an accurate news source.
How long has this method of control been utilized by the media. I would imagine it has been for a long period of time. Maybe that is why the traditional media outlets are loosing their reader/viewers.
