Veteran's Day

My sincerest and most grateful thanks to all those who have served, who still serve, who will serve.  Thank you.  For the 'lifers' like my Dad.  Who've served 30+ years and still serve.  Who still take their job seriously.  Who still work tirelessly everyday to provide for the common defense, to defend liberty.  Who believe in the mission.  Who believe in Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in all we do.

Thank you to those who still use words like honor, courage, bravery.

Thank you to those that protected us on land, on sea ... and in the air.  We would not be where we are today without their sacrificies.

Fort Hood ... the families there, the soldiers there ... my prayers are with you as you rebuild and move forward.  You are Army Strong.

Thank you to those that continue to protect us.  May God bless America.  May God bless our troops and their families, and keep them safe.  There aren't enough words to express my gratitude, the love I have for the military, or the inspiration I gather from it's members.

And yes ... that's my Dad flying that plane.  Hoorah.

In the 11th minute, of the 11th hour, of the 11th day, of the 11th month ... we will remember.  We will always remember.

It is easy to take Liberty for granted, when you have never had it taken from you.   - Author Unknown
