If something happens, Lord forbid, I think Megan should take care of Mavvy. This woman left her pets to a nice local shelter.
Rent parties? I've thrown parties, and they get expensive! I don't even think if I charged I'd make the money back I put into the party and enough for rent! Though it must work as people do it ... hmmm ... $10 bucks a head for the Christmas party?
Contrary to some opinions out there today, I do think men are given a raw deal. And I think someone will need to start standing up for them. They won't do it for themselves their too villified. And maybe they don't suffer that much in the work place, but when it comes to custody, and home life, and finances ... men get the raw end of the stick too often for my liking.
Still ... I'm aware of the story the other way too. And I really, really, really do not understand dead beat dads. And there is one in particular I would like to throttle.
Other than that I'm off to Denver. I looked, some, for good news today. I couldn't find much which is just a sad state of affairs. Maybe that's why I'm on a romance novel kick. I need the light hearted, happy, escapism.
