Castle

I have a new favorite show.  It's Castle  on ABC on Monday nights at 9 CST.

I caught the 3rd episode last week and loved it, and caught up on the first two online.  ABC has one of the best online episode viewers around.  (NOTE TO CBS:  Fix yours!)

The premise is an author ala James Patterson is doing background on his new character and follows around female detective Kate Beckett.  She hates this, finds him annoying, he has a crush on her, hillarity ensues.  (Side note: Patterson and Stephen Cannel cameo'd in the pilot).

The best parts though, are interactions with his daughter and mom (Susan Sullivan), who is hillarious.  I really like Nathan Fillion (Rick Castle) he's from Waitress with Keri Russell.  He's very funny, and I'm a sucker for funny.

But, I'd imagine since I love it will be off the air in three weeks.  Which is depressing.  But how many crime fighting shows can the world handle?  It's a bummer.  I'd rather have this show on than another CSI spin-off.
