Rags to Riches

Rags to Riches was on the air in the 80s, and 1987 according to my internet search. And they must still exist somewhere because they are all over youtube! So ... I have memories of this show and one of my biggest memories is that it wasn't on one night because some baby named Jessica fell into a well.

But, the show was these young girls who were orphans who go to live with this rich millionaire in his mansion. And they sing old 50 songs, like, all the time! I think they were the beginning of my musical education, because that scene where she sings "I Love Him" I've remembered ever since.

And here it is!


Sigh. I miss this show. I can't believe I was 6! Parents be warned: they may very well remember something from when they are 6!
