Our Christmas party was last night and I made the above deserts. Red velvet cupcakes, carmelized pear kind of pumpkin-y cake from Emeril, and peanut butter cheesecake dipped in choclate. Very yummy. I also made old stand byes, the crabcakes, salsa, cookies, and your odds and ends of cheeses and crackers. Oh and shrimp dip, for lack of a better term. Which is really just cream cheese, green onions, tabasco sauce, cocktail sauce, and small shrimpies.
The party went well, and for interested parties I'll post pictures a little later in the afternoon. I'm still waiting on some from friends I drafted into photography service. And Lewis took so many videos I'm going to try and figure out how to splice those all together into a feature length film. :)
