AP Writer Misquotes Name of Book, Swipes at Bush

In the same vein as what I posted from the WSJ, an AP writer has choosen a man's death to take another swipe at the lame duck.

This is a screen shot, but the text is:
In recent years, he was the rare writer to get on well with President Bush, perhaps because of his skepticism about global warming, which Crichton addressed in the 2004 novel, "State of Favor." Crichton's views were strongly condemned by environmentalists, who alleged that the author was hurting efforts to pass legislation to reduce emissions of carbon dioxide.
Bravo, AP writer, bravo.  Leave out key facts that Crichton is also a medical doctor who graduated summa cum laude from Harvard, was a guest lecturer at Cambridge, and got his medical degree from Harvard later on.  The man was very smart, and his book on global warming was called "State of Fear" not State of Favor.
Idiots.
I got all that information off one ten second search on google.  I hate reporters.  Especially reporters that read gossip rags about the relationship Crichton had with Bush and only knew that he had written a book about global warming and decided that that information was the pivotal piece they needed to write about when he died.
Idiots.
