What we learned today

Reporters are - 5 days before America votes - finally deciding to say something about what Obama's been lying about for months.  His infomercial last night - which, can I just say, was ridiculous.  And no, I didn't watch it.  There was no way an ounce of my ratings were going to Nielson on that thing.  I hope to discover that the World Series had higher ratings than that load of propaganda.

It really is like watching the state indoctrinate viewers, on not just one channel, but several, all at once.  Yes, yes, times are hard for these Americans, but vote for Papa Obama, he'll make it all better.

Such garbage.

From Breitbart:
Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obamawas less than upfront in his half-hour commercial Wednesday night about the costs of his programs and the crushing budget pressures he would face in office.

Where was this a month ago?  During the debates?  He was saying the same exact CRAP then.  The article isn't as damning as it should be (you can't cut taxes for 95% of Americans when only 45% pay them, even if you're only talking initial income tax - before refunds - that's still only 65-75%) but it's a start.  Or, too little too late.

Increasingly, I hate the press.  Which, really isn't anything new if you've been with me a while.

On campaign finance, I wonder how safe those credit card numbers are with the campaign?  It seems their security is very lax.  Where is the intrepid hacker that's going to steal all those numbers?  Granted, they are pretty freaking useless without cooresponding addresses and security codes because what e-commerce site excepts credit card numbers without any kind of security verification??  You can't even buy GAS any more without verifying zip codes!

But hey, that's okay, Hillary and Romney donate their own money to their campaigns and folks accuse them of trying to "buy" an election.

Obama, he raises money illegally and heck, that's just the cost of doing business.

Pathetic.

Obama says he doesn't owe any money to special interest groups, but lets suppose for a second, that some lawyer pack or some motown group donated hundreds of thousands of dollars, but just did it in increments under $200?  We wouldn't KNOW if he was susceptible to lobbyists than, would we?

We don't know who he's beholden too.  And, as Powerline notes from John Galt, the Obama campaign knows all too well how screwed up they are, but they need/want the money so badly they don't care where it comes from.  Otherwise, wouldn't they just turn on the security systems that keep this sort of fraud from occurring?  Or, as the article states, are they so afraid that the contributions would drop so dramatically as to make it obvious that illegal activity was occurring?

Whatever, we'll find out on Tuesday how this thing is going to end.  I'm not optimistic.  But you know what I'm excited about?  If he does win, in 4 years we'll have actually tangible real life policy choices to hold him accountable for.  And that will be a very good day.

That is a really freaking good point: The leftist illuminati are too scared to turn on the credit card security because suddenly their donations would end, and it would be more obvious than it already is that they are accepting unbelievably fraudulent donations!
