Huh?
Am I mistaken? Or are the Dems in charge of the House? If Nancy really wanted this bill passed, she would have gotten the 12 votes from her own side of the fence, rather than letting 95 of them kill it.
The failure of this bill is a failure for the Dems, not the Republicans.
