This from a man, no less. And apparently, as I've known all along really, I'm just a brain dead retard who does my husband's bidding, gets less pay (if I'm allowed to work), and stands bare-foot and pregnant in the kitchen (sigh), fervently arranging dishtowels so they hang "just so" in an effort to avoid getting beaten before my husband opens a beer and watches NASCAR. Instructor Andrew Hallam asked students in an English course to write an essay to contradict what he called the "fairy tale image of Palin" presented at the Republican National Convention.
Michelle Obama saying don't vote for a candidate because "she's cute". After the roaring laughter, Obama tried to clarify and say she meant herself. Except that uh ... well Mrs. Obama you aren't a candidate for anything. She's made similar tongue in cheek jibes at Palin with lines like "What you learn about Barack Obama from his choice is that he's not afraid of smart people."
Har. Har. Har.
No one is as smart as the Obama's. Or liberals in general. You can't be a conservative and smart because ... well conservatives believe in God, and well that's just the dumbest proposition that ever walked the face of the earth. And you most assuredly can't be a smart woman who is pro-life. Because ... why it's absolutely ludicruous to expect women among us to be smart enough to protect their bodies before they engage in sex. No, no, no, you have to allow choice after the act is done. No point in bringing up the choice that was made before. People are too uneducated to know that alternatives exist.
Palin's email was hacked and now a 20 year old son of a Democrat Representative is talking to authorities. Talking is not guilt. And the child has some clear mental health issues. But the AP won't help officials because they say the account was used for government emails, and therefore, it's okay that it was hacked. Nevermind that only personal information was found.
And today I look at the government and a bailout that's meant to stop the Titanic from sinking, and I'm immensely worried about my future. I know my parents survived the early crisis ('87) and that all was well. They didn't lose their lives. Their children were fine. We still had food and shelter and all that jazz.
But the 100s of Trillions of dollars that I now owe China just makes me so angry. So, so, so angry. And everyone who has no credit card debt, who is renting, or who bought a house they could afford, should be equally as angry. And someone, somewhere, should be fired and put in jail. Countrywide, Fannie Mae, Lehman's ... those C-level executives should lose their cut of the shares, their 401ks, something. THEY SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE.
I'm being held accountable. I have to pay all this damn money back. Where do they think it's going to come from? The air??? I'm going to have to pay every dime back to every country that's saving our financial market so that the world economy doesn't go into the tank. Me. And my husband. And my sister. My generation of working people.
Which is just perfect because not only do I have to support the ever aging baby boomers and their retirement needs, but my generation is also refusing to have children, so when it comes time for someone to take care of me ... well there will be no one there.
