Is this news? Really? People who have a history of not paying bills are not paying their mortgages?
Attention: If you gave a loan to a person who had previously not paid their bills, and then are surprised when they don't pay your bill, you are an idiot.
*I understand people with bad credit are not bad people. Life happens and decisions are made. But I highly doubt that all of these people are not paying their mortgage's because their family members are ill. I'd wager a guess that the cable bill is being paid.
