Preaching at Trinity
I read this at Michelle. If you're interested, go watch the video of the crazy preacher / priest?? yelling from the pulpit about white entitlement and how Hilary Clinton feels entitled because she's white.
Oh she feels entitled, that parts right. But it is not because of her race.
Beyond what he's saying ... what kind of church is Trinity that they have sermons like these? I've been to many churches over the years. Many different kinds of churches. I've never been to one where - even during an election year - they didn't read scripture from the Bible and try to teach the members, or preach to the members about what Godly lives we should all be trying to live. I've never been to one where they so blatantly took a side of one political candidate over the other. And I've never been to a church as angry as Trinity appears to be.
But being angry doesn't make them ... well anything really. They are alloed to be angry. I would just think that being a church - they might want to try to keep the Bible up in the for front, and the gross opinions of man down to a minimum. Since man is so easily corrupted.
That church is crazy. And ... well isn't it becoming less and less of a house of God and more of a place for political apostletizing? Isn't that why Obama went there to begin with? Because of the political connections to be made?
