Re-Drawing the Map

As an American, who's father has served for over 30 years, and who spent her childhood moving around the country so he could serve ... I'm offended by the ad.
If it were meant to be targeting hispanics, why isn't the tagline in Spanish? Because it's meant to make a statement, I guess. And one that Absolut needs to be conscious of. Because there are many of us, especially those that live in said South Western states, who completely resent the hell out of the implication that I should live in Mexico, instead of the USA.
Absolut's headquarters are in New York (though owners are in Switzerland, and now I guess, France, go figure), to my mind, this makes them completely idiotic to talk about giving away the SouthWest to a corrupt, impoverished, third world country. Perhaps Texas and California do not matter to the creatives in Manhatten, but they do matter to a great deal of us. And the mass exodus from Northern states to Southern states proves that.
The best line is in the comments ...
If anyone tries giving the Alamo back to Mexico, which this redrawing of borders would do, they can expect to have a fight on their hands.
