American Idol: Joplin!
Asia'h Epperson (19) is part of this seasons Top 24 in American Idol. She is from Joplin, MO, just a few miles from Pittsburg, KS, where my extended family calls home!
She is also ... really, really good. So we'll probably see her on the big stage and part of the top 12 in a few weeks!
Other notables are: Jason Yeager from Grand Praire (right outside Fort Worth / Dallas). I don't think he'll make it that far. Kady Malloy (Houston) probably won't make it far either. So here's hopin' Asia'h can stick around!
