You plead guilty to soliciting sex. In a public bathroom. In a men's public bathroom. All moral, "I just wanted it to go away" implications aside ... you plead guilty. I don't care what fancy lawyer tricks you try or tried or will try or have ever tried ... you told an officer of the law / court that you were guilty.
So on some level, you were guilty. And so now, you should resign, go away, and never bother us normal folks who had never even heard of toe tapping as a means of solicitation in public bathrooms, alone.
