Out of the Stone Ages!

Apparently lightning struck the building next to ours and a router went out for our internet company causing a surge along the ethernet lines and blowing out any ethernet card that was attached to it.

Or something.

All I know is that I got a new ethernet card (which have come down in price since I last bought one um ... wow 7 years ago? yuck) and the internet is back. Whew! I hate not being connected.

Last night Lew was ill but I made myself dinner and it was yummy. Salmon in a lime-honey sauce with a yummy, yummy black bean salad. Delicious! It's pictured below. The other picture is Mavvy cuddling with her favorite human.
